What does a typical first session look like?
We begin by listening. You share what is on your mind — your day-to-day, your concerns, what feels manageable and what does not. From there, we might ask a few calm questions. There is no agenda to push through.
I have never worked with a business consultant before. Is that fine?
Perfectly fine. Many of the owners we work with are coming to this kind of conversation for the first time. We keep things simple and practical. There are no expectations about what you should already know.
How long before I might notice a difference?
That varies, and we are honest about that. Some owners feel a sense of clarity after the first session. Others find that small shifts accumulate over several weeks. We focus on what is realistic rather than what sounds impressive.
Are sessions held in person or online?
We can meet in person at our Kota Kinabalu office or conduct sessions online — whichever is more convenient for you. Both work well, and the experience is equally considered either way.
What if I am not sure which service suits me?
That is a reasonable place to start. Drop us a message or give us a call, and we can have a brief, unhurried chat. We will share our thoughts on what might be a good fit — and if none of our current arrangements suit, we will say so.
How are payments handled?
We invoice in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment is due before or at the start of the arrangement. For the twelve-month Sustained Companion, we can discuss a quarterly payment structure if that is more workable for you.
